  My significant other has vertigo and we contacted one of your clinics on July 25. (St Albert location at 4:24 pm over the phone) Operator on the phone was able to book us appointment for Vertigo physiotherapy for 5 pm on August 4th as well as explain that we should be in the clinic 10 min before appointment and even ask for insurance and possibility of direct billing. Upon arrival it appears that my significant other doesn't exist in the system and appointment is not booked. Front desk stuff wasn't not very accommodating and the only solution was provided to us is to book new appointment and the closest spot is August 14 which is 10 days from now. I reach out specifically to one of your locations due to high recommendations from my owner operator. I'm feeling disappointed, as same as any sickness you want to be able to be healthy as soon as possible and now after waiting for the first appointment for 10 days and the only solution we were offered is to book new one and wait for another 10 days is pretty disappointing. Front desk provided with owners email but after sending the email never got response. Very disappointed.
