- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My family has been bringing our pets here for the last 20 years or so, and I would never consider going anywhere else unless I moved away. Even living in Edmonton, we happily make the drive over to see this spectacular and trustworthy staff. Sometimes accidents happen and pets get old. I've been to other clinics with friends and significant others before only to find pushy and cold staff members. At Mission Ridge, I always feel calmer in those tough situations knowing their vets are caring for my fuzzy friends. And the admin staff and vet techs have always been unwaveringly sweet to me, going above and beyond. With my new puppy, we stop in just to visit sometimes! And recently after having landed a jump wrong and hurting her leg, we were accommodated that very morning just a half an hour after calling. I'm always initially wary of purchasing medical plans. But with my puppy who I got knowing she came with some issues, I felt confident in trusting the vet assistant who went over the plan in detail with me. I didn't feel pressured or like it wouldn't be worth it. (It definitely already has been!)
